BlokSeT – Schneider Electric Authorized Low Voltage Switchgear
BlokSeT is a low voltage switchgear product developed by Schneider Electric. The authorized version is manufactured by licensed manufacturers under Schneider’s strict standards and specifications. It offers high reliability, flexibility, and safety, and is widely used across various industries.
Flexible Structural Design
The basic frame is assembled from standard prefabricated components, ensuring both robustness and flexibility. It provides protection ratings of IP30 and above, with certain models reaching IP54. The enclosure is coated with epoxy powder paint, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, dust, and moisture. Internal functional units are measured in 50mm modular increments, with the minimum unit height being two modules (10 cm). Available in distribution cabinet, drawer cabinet, and other types. Each functional unit is installed in a separate interlocked compartment with a door, allowing for safe maintenance.
Outstanding Electrical Performance
Main busbar rated current up to 6300A, making it suitable as the power distribution center in large-scale power systems. Uses high-quality copper busbars and advanced busbar designs to reduce resistance and energy consumption. Frame circuit breakers are vertically arranged, with vertical busbar layout increasing heat dissipation area and reducing operational temperature, ensuring reliable operation of electrical components.
Excellent Safety Features
Creepage and clearance distances fully comply with IEC 61439-1 standards, effectively preventing insulation breakdown and electric arc faults. Different electrical zones are separated using insulation materials, and pressure relief devices are installed to withstand internal arc faults up to 85kA/0.5s. The system also complies with IEC 60068-3-3 and GB/T2424.25 standards, allowing it to withstand seismic intensity up to 9 degrees, suitable for high-vibration environments.
High Level of Intelligence
Equipped with lightweight IoT gateways, wireless temperature sensors, and other digital modules from the factory. Users can monitor and control the system in real time via smart devices. The digital display panel provides visual information such as three-phase voltage and over-temperature alarms. In case of system abnormalities, timely warnings are issued. QR codes on the cabinet surface allow users to scan and access cloud platforms and Schneider’s low-voltage equipment anti-counterfeiting verification system for efficient maintenance and authenticity checks.
