Product Overview
In 2020, the technical team at Liyoung Electric developed the LIYOUNG2 comb-type busbar structure with a rated current of 63A. In 2021, the structure was granted a utility model patent.
The LIYOUNG2 low voltage distribution box is designed for indoor power distribution in residential units below 120 square meters, such as apartments and small commercial housing.

Applicable to AC 220V low-voltage power supply systems

The distribution box includes overvoltage and undervoltage protection

Rated current ≤ 63A

Standard modular miniature circuit breakers are installed side by side inside the distribution box

Design Features
The main circuit breaker and branch breakers are installed in parallel.

A 7mm × 1.5mm comb-type busbar is used, punched along the breaker layout to form slots for inserting the incoming terminals of branch circuit breakers.

Two types of tab specifications:

5.5mm × 1.5mm tabs: used for 1P and 2P MCBs rated below 63A

3.8mm × 1.5mm tabs: used for 1P+N breakers rated below 40A

The N and L busbars are embedded in PC (polycarbonate) insulated housing, providing:

Air insulation spacing to increase electrical clearance

Enhanced heat dissipation performance

The LIYOUNG2 comb-type busbar connection structure effectively solves common issues in small-apartment distribution boxes, such as complex wiring, difficult rewiring, and unstable electrical connections.
