Overview:
The GGD low voltage switchgear assembly is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and commercial or residential buildings. It is used in AC 50Hz power distribution systems with rated operational voltage of 400V and rated current up to 2500A, serving for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment.
Structural Features:
The cabinet adopts a modular assembly structure, with the frame constructed from high-quality aluminum-zinc-coated steel sheets, which are stamped and bent for forming. The vertical profiles feature standardized installation holes at 20mm and 100mm intervals, providing flexible and convenient frame assembly.
In line with modern industrial product design principles, the GGD cabinet adopts proportional segmentation for visual and structural optimization. The cabinet’s external shape and partitioning dimensions are reasonably designed, giving it a modern, elegant appearance.
Ventilation Design:
Ventilation slots are located at both the top and bottom of the cabinet. Heat generated by internal components rises and is discharged through the top slots, while cool air continuously enters through the bottom slots, forming a natural convection path that achieves effective heat dissipation within the sealed cabinet.
Ease of Installation & Maintenance:
The cabinet doors are connected to the frame with movable hinge-type shafts, making installation and removal simple and efficient.
The top cover of the cabinet is removable when necessary, allowing for convenient on-site installation and adjustment of the main busbar. Lifting rings are provided on the cabinet top for easy hoisting and transportation.
Protection Degree:
The standard protection level of the cabinet is IP30.
Users may optionally select protection levels ranging from IP20 to IP40, depending on the environmental conditions of the installation site.
