LY02 Low Voltage Distribution Box – Power Distribution Box

Product Overview丨
The power distribution box is a specialized electrical device used for secondary power distribution and protection in industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. Compared to lighting distribution boxes or small residential load boxes, its design focuses more on current distribution, load-bearing capacity, and overload/short-circuit protection.
Functions:
Power Distribution:
Distributes upstream low-voltage power (e.g., 380V three-phase AC) to multiple power equipment circuits, enabling centralized power management for multiple devices.
Short-Circuit Protection:
Uses circuit breakers to quickly disconnect the circuit in case of a short circuit, preventing equipment damage or cable fire.
Overload Protection:
Rated Operational Voltage (Ue): AC 380 V / AC 220 V
Rated Insulation Voltage (Ui): AC 400 V
Rated Frequency (fn): 50 Hz
Rated Current of Main Busbar (InA): 250 A ~ 10 A
Rated Short-Time Withstand Current of Main Busbar (Icw): 4 kA
Enclosure Type: Indoor
Degree of Protection:
IP54 (Operating Face)
IP20C (Other Surfaces)

Overload Protection:
When the current exceeds the breaker’s rated current, it trips to avoid overheating and eliminate potential fire hazards.
