Low Voltage Main Distribution Products
MNS Low Voltage Switchgear Assembly

Product Overview丨
Overview:
The MNS low voltage switchgear assembly is a widely used low-voltage power distribution device in modern power systems. With comprehensive functions and distinct features, it is suitable for various industrial and commercial applications.
The system adopts a modular design, incorporating standardized functional modules such as incoming modules, outgoing modules, and capacitor compensation modules. It allows for easy installation, removal, and flexible expansion according to practical requirements. The enclosure is made of high-quality steel, offering protection up to IP40, effectively preventing dust and water ingress. Internal components are laid out logically, with reliable insulation and isolation measures that reduce the risk of electric shock and short circuits.
Optimized ventilation design and optional heat dissipation units ensure safe operating temperatures even under full load, thereby extending the service life of electrical components. The assembly is compatible with a wide range of low-voltage components from well-known brands such as Schneider, ABB, and Siemens, allowing it to adapt to various power distribution system designs.
The MNS system also supports integration of intelligent monitoring systems, enabling remote measurement, signaling, and control (telemetry, telecommunication, and telecontrol), meeting the requirements of automation and digitalization in modern power systems.
Main Functions:
Power Distribution:
Distributes low-voltage electricity (typically 380V/220V) converted from the high-voltage grid via transformers to various electrical devices or circuits, ensuring power delivery according to demand.
Control:
Equipped with internal components such as circuit breakers, contactors, and relays to control the startup, shutdown, and operational switching of electrical equipment under various working conditions.
Protection:
Provides multiple protection functions including overcurrent, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, and leakage protection. In the event of a fault, it rapidly disconnects the affected circuit to protect equipment and personnel.
Smart Monitoring (for advanced models):
Through sensors, smart meters, and communication gateways, the system can monitor real-time parameters such as current, voltage, power, and temperature, and transmit data to the control system. This enables operations and maintenance personnel to stay informed of the equipment's operational status.
Technical Parameters
Rated Voltage: 380 V
Rated Current: 6300 A
Short-Time Withstand Current: 100 kA / 4 s
Protection Degree:
Enclosure: IP40
