In 2017, the technical team at Liyoung Electric began research and development on an indoor distribution box with a comb-type busbar connection structure. In 2020, the company was granted an invention patent for the “LIYOUNG1 comb-type busbar distribution box and its manufacturing process.”
The LIYOUNG1 comb busbar has a rated current of 125A and is suitable for residential units over 120 square meters.

Applicable to AC220V low-voltage power supply systems
The distribution box includes overvoltage and undervoltage protection
Rated current ≤ 80A
Standard modular miniature circuit breakers are arranged in parallel inside the box
Features of the LIYOUNG1 Low Voltage Distribution Box
The main circuit breaker and branch circuit breakers are placed side by side.
A 12mm × 2mm comb-type busbar is used, with punched slots aligned with the layout of the main and branch breakers, allowing the terminals of branch breakers to be directly inserted.
Two types of busbar teeth (tabs):
6mm × 2mm tabs: used for 1P or 2P miniature circuit breakers up to 63A
3.5mm × 2mm tabs: used for 1P+N breakers up to 40A
The box includes insulating spacers installed between the N and L busbars to:
Effectively increase electrical clearance
Improve heat dissipation
The LIYOUNG1 comb-type busbar connection structure effectively resolves the problems of complicated wiring and rewiring processes and unstable connections commonly found in traditional distribution boxes.
