Overview:
GCS low voltage switchgear assembly is a high-performance withdrawable switchgear system designed for low-voltage power distribution. The main framework is constructed from assembled steel sections, with a compartmentalized structure that separates the functional unit chamber, busbar chamber, and cable chamber, ensuring independent operation of each unit.

The system is primarily drawer-based, offering both withdrawable and fixed-type module configurations. Drawers with the same functional purpose are highly interchangeable. The busbar adopts a horizontal layout with excellent thermal and dynamic stability, using TMY-T2 series hard copper bars with anti-oxidation surface treatment to improve thermal performance and enhance the contact surface temperature control.

Applications:
GCS low voltage switchgear is widely used in low-voltage auxiliary systems of power plants, serving as control and distribution units for incoming feeders, outgoing feeders, and motor feeders from both main and backup power sources.

It is also extensively applied in petroleum and chemical industries, where it provides power distribution and control for various production and mechanical equipment, meeting the industry's demands for high automation and high reliability.
